Reporting Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement
Updated over 3 weeks ago

At Infuzu, we take matters of copyright and intellectual property (IP) infringement seriously. If you believe that a user is infringing upon your copyrighted work or other intellectual property rights, please follow the steps outlined below to report the issue.

Important Notice: Third-Party Generative AI Models

Please be aware that Infuzu does not provide generative AI models. Any content generated through AI models within the Infuzu platform is powered by third-party providers. Therefore, if you encounter content that you believe infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property, you should reach out directly to the provider of the AI model responsible for generating that content.

Steps to Report Infringement

  1. Identify the Responsible Provider:

    • Determine which third-party provider’s AI model was used to generate the infringing content. This information is typically available within the Infuzu platform or the specific tool where the content was created.

  2. Contact the Provider Directly:

    • Visit the provider’s official website or support page.

    • Look for their DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) policy or equivalent IP infringement policy.

    • Follow their specified procedure for submitting a copyright or IP infringement notice.

  3. Provide Necessary Information:

    • Clearly identify the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you believe has been infringed.

    • Provide evidence of your ownership of the work.

    • Include details about the infringing content, such as URLs, screenshots, or descriptions.

    • Include your contact information for further communication.

  4. Follow Up:

    • After submitting your report, monitor your email for any responses or requests for additional information from the provider.

    • Keep records of all communications related to your report.
