Managing the right organization within Infuzu Admin is crucial for ensuring that your actions are applied to the correct entity. Infuzu provides three easy ways to select or switch between organizations. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you with it.
Method 1: Using the Sidebar
Navigate to Infuzu Admin:
Go to admin.infuzu.com.
Access the Organization Section:
On the sidebar, locate the Organization section.
You will see the name of your currently selected organization displayed here.
Open the Dropdown:
Click on the name of your currently selected organization to open a dropdown list of all your organizations.
Select Your Organization:
Click on the name of the organization you wish to select from the dropdown.
The selected organization will now be your active organization for all admin actions.
Manage Organizations:
If you need to create a new organization or manage your existing memberships, click on the “Manage Organizations” option at the top of the dropdown.
Alternatively, you can go directly to Manage Organizations.
Method 2: Direct Management Page
Go to the Memberships Page:
Navigate to https://admin.infuzu.com/u/memberships/organizations.
Select or Create Organization:
Here, you can create a new organization or select an existing organization by clicking on the organization name from the list.
Set Active Organization:
Clicking on the organization name will set it as your active organization. You will now see this organization as your selected entity in the admin interface.
Method 3: Using the User Dropdown
Access Profile Dropdown:
Click on your profile image located in the top right corner of the admin interface.
Open Organization Section:
In the user dropdown, find the Organization section.
Your currently selected organization will be highlighted here.
Select Your Organization:
All your organizations will be listed here.
Click on the name of the organization you want to select.
Your selected organization will now become the active entity for your admin actions.
Special Note on Default Organization
Default Organization:
One of your organizations may be prefixed with “DEFAULT -”.
This is your default organization, automatically created by Infuzu when you first create your account.
Restrictions on Default Organization:
The default organization cannot have members added to it.
It cannot be deleted or left.
