Starting a New Chat
Creating a new chat effectively clears your current conversation history with the AI language model (LLM). This means the AI won’t have access to your previous messages in the new conversation. Here’s how you can start afresh:
Using the New Chat URL:
Go directly to https://chat.infuzu.com/new.
This link opens a brand-new chat session.
Using the New Chat Icon:
On the Infuzu chat interface, locate the pen icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
Click on the pen icon to start a new conversation.
Confirm You’re in a New Chat:
URL Check: Ensure the URL in your browser’s address bar ends with
/new.On-Screen Message: Look for the words “Nothing here yet” in the center of the screen.
Why Start a New Chat?
Reset the Conversation: The AI will not remember any previous messages, giving you a clean slate.
Focused Discussions: Start a new topic or query without the context of prior conversations influencing responses.
Deleting Individual Conversations
If you prefer to remove specific conversations from your sidebar:
Locate the Conversation:
On the left sidebar, find the conversation you want to delete.
Delete the Conversation:
Hover Over the Conversation Name: A delete icon (usually a trash can) will appear.
Click on the delete icon.
Confirm Deletion:
A prompt will appear asking you to confirm.
Click “Delete” to permanently remove the conversation.
Deleting Multiple Conversations
Currently, Infuzu does not support bulk deletion through the interface. If you wish to delete multiple or all conversations at once:

Request bulk deletion assistance.
Our support team will guide you through the process.
Important Notes
Data Deletion: Deleting a conversation removes it from your account but does not delete the data from our servers immediately due to backup policies.
Privacy: Rest assured, your conversations are private. The AI model does not retain or learn from individual user sessions beyond providing responses in your active chat.
