What is Infuzu’s Policy for Handling Governmental Requests for User Information?
Updated over 3 weeks ago

Trust and transparency are core values at Infuzu. Here is our policy regarding governmental requests for user information:

General Policy: Infuzu will only disclose customer or end-user information in response to government requests when required by valid legal process (such as a properly issued subpoena or warrant). The only exception to this policy is in emergency situations where we believe sharing information could prevent imminent physical harm or death.

Our Process:

  • We carefully review each request to verify its legal validity

  • We may reject requests that are overly broad, vague, or improper

  • For API or enterprise customers, we generally direct requesters to contact our customers directly

  • We aim to notify users when their data is requested, except when:

    • We are legally prohibited from doing so

    • There is risk of harm to a child

    • There is an emergency situation

    • Other rare circumstances as required by law

Infuzu is committed to protecting user privacy while complying with valid legal obligations. We maintain transparent practices and will continue to update our policies to reflect this commitment.

If you have questions about our policy regarding government requests, please contact your Infuzu representative.
